My Summer Vacation!
The first of August, Mommy, Daddy, Mimi, Grandpa and I headed out on a week long summer vacation. Our final destination, the beach. The car trip went smoothly thanks to Mommy's good planning. I was very entertained with Dora DVDs, snacks, books, and other car appropriate toys.
To break up the nine hour drive, we stopped overnight in San Antonio, Texas. Our room was reserved at the Grand Hyatt which was the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys Training Camp. This was very exciting as we are all big Cowboys' fans. We spent the afternoon/evening site-seeing, shopping, eating yummy food on the River Walk and hanging out in the hotel lobby hoping to catch a glimpse of NFL's best team.

The next morning we attending the Cowboys' training camp practice. After the practice we continued our journey to South Padre Island, Texas.
Once we made it to the beach, I could not wait to hit the water. This made Mommy and especially Daddy very nervous. They finally stripped me down and let me go. I loved it!
I also enjoyed just hanging out at the beach house, playing, and watching Dora and spending time with Mimi and Grandpa (or Paca as I call him!)
We spent the week eating, playing, sleeping, and just relaxing at the beach. I spent several hours each day under an umbrella on the beach playing in my kiddie pool. Just like my Mommy and Mimi, I love the beach!
