Trip to the Zoo!

The Seals Family can officially say that our season membership to the Fort Worth Zoo was well worth the money.  It has paid itself three times over. 

In order to beat the heat we got to the zoo when the gates opened at 10:00AM.  It was a beautiful day and I was ready to see the monkeys!

We were very excited to see that the zoo has a new BABY!  I really enjoyed seeing the Baby monkey nestle up to it's momma.

Since we've visited the zoo several times this year, we didn't see every exhibit this trip.  I did however get to ride the train for the first time.  I sure wish the ride had lasted longer.  The end of our visit took us through the MOLA, the museum of living art.  I really enjoy this exhibit but I noticed that Mommy walked very fast and kept her head and eyes straight in front of her.  I wonder why.  She totally missed me petting a real live snake!

After our zoo visit we went to feed the ducks at Trinity Park and then ate a pizza at Pizzeria Uno.
